Our store is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. However, all sales and purchases made through this store are made directly with 9 Pathways of Success™, not Shopify.

By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of any sale between you and us, including any injury, damage, or loss arising from products or services purchased through our store.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims, damages, and liabilities arising out of or related to your purchases and transactions with us.

26. EDUCATIONAL MATERIALS / CLASSROOM KIT USE RESTRICTIONS

Certain products offered through the Services, including classroom kits, printed materials, guides, activities, lesson supports, digital downloads, training resources, and other educational content, are provided for authorized use only.

Unless expressly stated otherwise in writing by 9 Pathways of Success™, the purchase of educational materials or classroom kits grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use those materials for the purchaser’s own personal, classroom, school, or organizational use only.

You may not, without our prior written consent:

  • reproduce, duplicate, copy, scan, upload, post, publish, distribute, or resell any educational materials or classroom kit contents;
  • share, sublicense, or transfer such materials to third parties, other schools, classrooms, districts, organizations, or users not covered by the original purchase;
  • use the materials for commercial resale, mass distribution, or unauthorized training purposes;
  • remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, branding, attribution, or proprietary notices; or
  • create derivative works based on our educational materials, classroom kits, or related content for resale or redistribution.

If a product includes separate license terms, schoolwide rights, district rights, digital access rights, or multi-user permissions, those specific terms will govern in the event of any conflict with this section.

We reserve the right to suspend access, refuse service, terminate accounts, and pursue any available legal or equitable remedies in the event of unauthorized copying, distribution, resale, or misuse of our educational materials or classroom kit contents.
